Speaker Bio: Blair Pester is the founder of WINAICO Australia, a solar PV manufacturer distributing directly within Australia and subsidiary of WIN WIN Precision Technology in Taiwan. In Blair’s previous jobs in electronics engineering, he worked on efficiency and accuracy in state-of-the-art electronic devices.He has chosen to work with companies that innovate in the production of high-quality solar products. An article in ReNew Magazine (issue 124) said the Winaico polycrystalline panels had a record-breaking yield performance of 108.8% under winter conditions.

- effectively pairing battery storage with solar PV output
