The next meeting of the Alternative Technology Association (ATA) Tas North Branch will feature a talk on Insulation by Wayne Gorman. Wayne Gorman has been involved in the building and construction industry for over 25 years working on residential, commercial and industrial projects. Wayne is involved in a wide range of building energy efficiency issues from carrying out audits to assessing designs using any of the standard star rating packages, to training new users in the use of those packages. He is also involved in the development of new energy efficiency and building sustainability programs and tools. Wayne’s talk will cover the use of insulation in new buildings and retro-fitting to existing buildings; he will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the range of insulation products available on the market. Best of all, Wayne will answer your questions!
